During the production process of nylon cable ties, the bending angle of the equipment and the pressure should not be increased too much, otherwise, it will damage the nylon cable ties and affect their service life. If the nylon cable tie is not well controlled during printing, it will cause contamination on the plastic cable tie.
During the printing process of nylon cable zip ties, the cable ties that appear on the printing pattern on the same printing plate are always in the same position, even if the squeegee moves from side to side and the cable ties position remains unchanged. The reason for the cable tie is that the coarse particles in the ink push up the squeegee during printing. Although the squeegee moves from side to side, the coarse particles cannot be driven at all, so there is a fixed position on the printed product with fault.
The most fundamental way to troubleshoot this type of failure is to filter the ink again. It is recommended to use a 140-mesh metal screen when filtering, and then check the squeegee for damage, and finally start printing.
It should be pointed out here that sometimes irregular ties of different thicknesses appear on the printed products, and such ties should be overhauled for the machine. Another reason is that the plastic zip tie labels are worn on the rollers of the delivery chain, causing the ties to skew and cause paper loss.
As we all know, the movement of the winding chain on the guide rail is realized by the rotation of the sleeve roller on the link pin. When the machine of nylon cable ties is used for a long time, the sleeve rollers connected to the delivery bite row on the chain are worn out due to greater force, and the ridges are more serious. As a result, the transfer position will change when the delivery bite is received. Sometimes the tooth can't hold the paper and cause the paper loss failure.
Remedy: After repeated inspection, it is confirmed that the fault is caused by serious wear of the chain sleeve roller. For this reason, the machine needs to be stopped, and the sleeve roller connected to the paper receiving row can be replaced again.
