3. Construction in rainy, snowy, foggy or gale weather
Construction in the extreme environment, the temperature, humidity and dust on the site should be under control. The air humidity should not be greater than 70% and the temperature should not be lower than zero degrees Celsius. Gale weather will bring heavy dust which may fall on the insulation layer to cause partial discharge then resulting in insulation breakdown. The solution for this situation is to put the cable accessories in a sealed tent and complete the production and installation in controlled temperature and humidity conditions.
